With a background in behavior analysis and special education, I have honed my skills in promoting learning and development in children with autism spectrum disorder and high-intensity behaviors. As a behavior technician, I have utilized applied behavior analysis techniques to support children with autism in developing social, developmental, behavioral, and communication skills. My experience working as a teaching assistant at a special education school further equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to create a safe and supportive environment for students with diverse needs. I am currently working towards a career in teaching and early childhood development and education, driven by my desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children. I believe in fostering creativity, silliness, and imagination as essential components of learning and growth.
