My name is Sophie, and I hope to be your next sitter! I am happy to be back in Portland after spending the last year and a half working on my family’s farm in Portugal, planting fields, harvesting produce, caring for livestock, and of course doing lots of cooking and cleaning. I also babysat for a handful of different kids and toddlers on and off the farm during that time. I have many years of experience in childcare in a wide range of ages and environments. I have cared for many sick children, and have experience with overnight care. I formally studied child psychology for two years, and have spent many more years studying holistic childcare personally.
