Hello :) My name is Anna, I am 31 and a Trauma-Informed Children's Yoga Teacher. I have various offerings for Children in my Home Yoga Studio in NE Portland and am so excited to share the medicine of Yoga with the next generation! I am a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors in Psychology. I am the oldest of 7 and have been babysitting ever since I can remember. I hold 13 years of experience working with the at-risk youth population; including managing literacy and after-school programs in multiple high-needs areas, launching an arts club in a high-needs area, and the management of a unit of upwards of 30 children and adolescent psychiatric patients. I am a highly active and creative individual.
