I recently graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Educational Foundations and a focus on Early Childhood and Elementary education. I wish to become a licensed Elementary School teacher, I'm currently working for Nike as a teacher at the Child Development Center, working with kids from birth - five. I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old, so I have over 11 years of experience, I also taught in Vietnam for 8 months after graduating college which broadened my experiences even more in the best way! I love pets, I worked at a vet for 3 years, so I am comfortable working with all kinds of pets. I have experience making meals, housework, taking kids to and from places, helping with homework, putting kids to bed, doing extended overnights, and experience with newborns. I also can speak and understand a brief amount of Spanish. I love Read more doing projects and encouraging creativity and being outside with children!

We interviewed Skyler. She seemed like a good candidate so we extended her the offer. On the first two days she's supposed to come in she called in sick. She then texted us that she'd come in the following Monday. However she never showed up and did not return our calls/texts. This is a very difficult situation for us as full-time working as parents as we'd already cancelled our previous childcare arrangement. I find this extremely unprofessional.
