Hello Families! I love working with children and have done so since I was ten years old. In my adult life I have gone on to have my own two children who are 9 and 2. I have worked at a Montessori preschool for 5 years both leading classrooms and assisting other teachers. I also have a pretty in depth knowledge of Waldorf education and I know currently work as a head Waldorf teacher for toddlers here in Bend. I have maintained organic gardens and I have a vast appreciation of the natural world. I really enjoy engaging with children in imaginative play, baking, outside activities and all expressions of the human spirit! I have had Casey watch my twin 2 year old daughter's now for about a month, and she is just awesome so far!!!! Casey has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend her. She is warm, caring, dependable, punctual, innovative(great at redirection, anticipating what my girls might get into), she takes initiative, and she is easy to talk to. She has been more than willing to take time to address any concerns that I have had, and I see the extra care she puts into making sure my daughters are safe(which is everything:-). I have appreciated her gentle discipline with "time outs", and her way of communicating about how my girls did during the time she spent with them. Thank you Casey, it's not easy to find a nanny that is as great as you:-)!
