Kids are so special to me. I take the time I spend with them seriously as they'll only be that age once and it's fleeting. Childhood is a magical time full of possibilities and new experiences. I always strive to teach as we have fun. I have to admit though, as demanding as childcare can be its beyond rewarding. I still remember so many specific times I spent and laughed with kids that are adults now. Having that bond is something you don't forget. Kids are so pure and precious it's hard to call it a job at the end of the day. I'm an Auntie of six boys and one girl currently 2-15 years. I previously worked at a daycare as a kindergarten assistant and have been babysitting casually for friends, family etc. for a few decades now.
