Hi! My name is Samantha Love! I'd love to start off with thanking you for considering me! A little bit about me... I am 19 turning 20 in April. I am the oldest of 6 brothers and a sweet little dog who is my pride and joy. From the first memories I can remember I knew in my heart all I wanted to do was be a mom. So I mothered my brothers and i have spent the last 6 years gaining experience with children. I am recently engaged and I'm so excited to start my new journey! Dont let my age fool you! I have 2 years of infant care under my belt. I also took 4 years of college level Early Childhood Education Classes! Over the last 6 years I have been in the childcare system volunteering and taking care of sweet little babes! Ive supervised children, ages Read more ranging from newborn-12 years old, for an extended amount of time. On top of making sure they arent getting into any trouble, I've prepped and cooked food for the children AND I clean up afterwards! I only use parents routine and rules as a structure. From 2014-2018 I took Early Childhood Education this is where I learned the developmental process of a child. I also taught 4 preschool aged children in my schools onsite preschool. Where I had to plan and teach personalized lessons for my kiddos. After school I immediately went into childcare. I worked at Kindercare in the infants classroom and gained a LOT of important information and knowledge. I then moved onto KLA school of Hillboro and I also worked in the infants classroom. These two childcare centers were extremely different. Kindercare was teacher lead, while KLA was student lead. By working at these two locations I learned different techniques and skills that are a necessity for infants to thrive. I unfortunately had to leave my recent job due to moving and I am now looking for a more independent and personal experience. If you have ANY questions please feel free to message me!
