Hello my name is Arissa But my fellow classmates call me Ms.A ! I have been off & on with childcare for 2 years ! My first daycare was at a kindercare in 2023 & my first set of class was preschoolers (4-5 years old ) ! I had 25 students ! My first group was amazing & a new experience for me since it was my first time working with kids ! I got them ready for the new generation that’s coming behind them so they can succeed in life ! I fell in love with working with kids, when I officially got my first set of class & how they wanted to achieve in life for the future ! I found my strength once I started working in that industry ! So what set me apart from others ? Gaining patient as teacher & Having the kids always Read more set goals what they want to put there mind too ! I look at all my kids like family ❤️! Not just because it’s a job ! To me ITS THE FUTURE ! So I take this work industry serious ! My 2nd experience I had up there as well ? Was the infants & Toddlers ! Yeah most definitely was a whole change but I’m fast learner so once I put my mind to something, I always achieve it ❤️ & that right there can make you the best teacher you can be ❤️ ! I’m recently working at a childcare network ! I have work with the 1 - 5 years old ! Been gaining a lot of strength and being way more comfortable and confident in this since I have work in childcare before ! The training I had at my last job, really made me into the teacher I’m today ! I look at my kids like a lil family at my job 🥹❤️ I love my kids like family ! I’m their safe space & protector when they are away from there families ❤️ & they know they can run to me ! If they need to talk about ANYTHING ❤️ ! IM ALWAYS THERE TO COMFORT ❤️ this is not just a job to me ! I DEDICATE to my job !
