I have worked in the child care field for the last 15 years between working in licensed day care facilities as well as nannying. I absolutely love working with kids! Right out of high school I went to college for early childhood education and got my first job at a daycare. Working with kids has been what I’ve done ever since. When I work for a family full time I create lesson plans and am always teaching the children something new! Watching them learn new things and seeing how proud they are of themselves is such a gratifying experience! For part time families I will still plan fun activities to keep the children engaged and learning while still having a great time! I also have an app that I can use that will allow me to communicate everything we do with the parents while they are out! I can record Read more diaper changes/potty times, meals and how much they ate, activities we did, pictures that I take of them, any medicines given if requested by the parents and I can also message back and froth with the parents. I have experience with all ages from newborn to school age. I even have 13 year old twin boys and a 2.5 year old daughter of my own. I’ve worked with special needs children as well.
