I’m a mama of 3 girls; 12, 5 & 15 months. I adopted my sister when she was 5 years old, she is my now 12 year old. My 15 month old was born at 24 weeks gestation and spent 145 days in the NICU. She weighed 1 pound and came home on oxygen and with a gtube feeding tube. So I am pretty familiar with some of the medical devices. She is only on the feeding tube currently. I have a worked in childcare a majority of my life between being a lead daycare teacher of many ages including infant to Pre-K, a paraprofessional substitute teacher for elementary schools and nannying/babysitting. I am looking to care for a little one for a few days a week so I have at least 1 day to get my 15 month old to her Nicu follow up appointments and therapies.
