Kara took wonderful care of my daughter while I completed a summer internship. She had great, age-appropriate activities for her, fed her healthy meals, and -- most importantly -- made her feel at home and part of her family. Kara was flexible and accommodating with my (and my daughter's) schedule. She provided updates during the day to ease my anxiety about leaving my daughter. I highly recommend Kara as a trustworthy and very capable sitter.

Kara is a great babysitter. As brand new parents we were very careful about who we left our 6 week old daughter with. No worries with Kara around! She is on time, well prepared and confident to deal with whatever comes up. She clearly tracked all the poops, pees and feedings and was very respectful of our home. Can't wait until our little one is old enough to play more so she can get the real benefit of having Kara around.

Kara has been our regular sitter for the past few months, found through Sittercity. What an amazing fit! She's incredibly attentive to my two-year-old, sweet, thoughtful, creative, effective ... there are not enough good things I can say about her stellar service. Even my son's two-year-old moods don't phase her. You might call her the toddler-whisperer. I know her training, education, and background provide her with the best resources for looking after of my son -- and her experience as a great mom makes me feel good about leaving my son in her care. Her help has made it possible for me to restore some sort of parent-adult-life balance with a regular night or two off every month.

Kara babysat my 6 month old little one as a last minute replacement for my regular sitter who was on vacation. Kara was professional, responsive and punctual. Not to mention, Kara was absolutely great with my son! She carefully followed my schedule and listed all feeding times, diaper changes, nap times and activities throughout her day, and I did not even ask her to do so! Kara played, read books, sang songs and took my son on walks when the weather was nice. I would definitely ask Kara to babysit again, and would be more than happy to be a reference and provide more details any time!

We had the pleasure of getting to know Kara as she looked after our 4 month old daughter. Her care was exceptional and unique. She was very gentle and attentive to our daughter and open with us regarding our daughter's day. She clearly loves children and has their best interest at heart.

I met Kara through a play gym where I take my daughter and she takes her daughter and the infant she cares for. Kara has a tremendous ability to not only take care of both infants needs, but finds ways to enhance their developmental stages through various activities. She takes them to the play gym, playdates, the park, etc. ensuring that the kids get a variety of play and can safely explore like kids should! I honestly have never seen a nanny care for someone else's baby the way she does. I am a stay at home mom and I think Kara would be the only one I would feel comfortable about leaving my baby with all day knowing that they were happy, healthy, and in great hands.
