I am primarily a stay-at- home mom with older children and I appreciate flexible, part-time jobs that allow me to contribute to our family income. I am especially interested in short-term jobs and jobs with a flexible schedule, as the hours I am available to work vary week to week. I have 36 years of child care, housekeeping, laundry, and food preparation experience and the expertise that comes from managing a busy homeschooling household of 8 for many years. I also currently clean a commercial office space weekly. I can provide excellent references available upon request. I enjoy caring for children. I have home-schooled our 6 children and also have experience teaching children in church for the past 45 years. I have taught preschool, elementary science and English classes, and middle school English classes in homeschooling groups. Raising my own children, and working with the infants and toddlers in our church, has given me an extensive knowledge of child development. I believe babies are born ready to learn and their first three years are especially formative and significant. I've had about 100 hours of experience working with twins and triplets. I have 8 years of experience working in daycare/preschool settings. I have experience with children who have ADHD and learning disabilities.
