Meet Terrena

I enjoy babysitting because it enables me to build deep relationships with kids while fostering their development. I like how children enhance every interaction with their vitality, creative thinking, and unique perspectives. Creating a secure, caring space where kids feel appreciated and free to express themselves is rewarding. I have gained real-world experience over the last seven years watching toddlers through preteens for family, friends, and neighbors. Amongst my duties have been dinner preparation, bedtime routine, helping with homework, and planning enjoyable, developmental-appropriate events. To make sure the kids are always safe, I'm also good at scheduling playdates and keeping an eye on outdoor activities. I take great satisfaction in my ability to be orderly, patient, and composed under stress, which enables me to manage difficulties like sibling disputes. To me, babysitting is an opportunity to positively influence children's lives and help their families, its not just a job.
