ROTATING AVAILABILITY GREAT FOR ONE-TIME, OCCASIONAL + AS-NEEDED CARE! Availability regularly includes weekends, occasional weekday mornings and occasional weekday evenings. In Fall 2020 I made a career switch to working with animals. I am a Vet Assistant. I love children and animals and feel that my passion for healthcare can only add to level of care I provide. I previously managed a home healthcare agency for children and adults with developmental disabilities. I have come to feel very comfortable working with disabilities. I have been caregiving since the beginning of my career and learned how to be patient, how to communicate effectively with people of all ages/abilities, and how to authentically connect with those I care for. All anyone wants, children and pets included, is to feel heard and loved. My hobbies include sports, nature, reading, languages, animals, yoga and music. I love to learn and love to see kiddos Read more learn too. I typically work M-F (either open or close) with one Saturday morning per month. I receive the next month’s schedule on the 15th of the previous month. On days I open, I am available at 3PM at the earliest. On days I close I am available in the mornings until 12PM/1PM. If I close on a Friday night I’m available at 8PM. On weekends I’m available all day 3/4 Saturdays and all day Sundays. If this type of rotating availability works well for you (occasional needs, your family’s rotating schedule), please let me know!

We were travelling from the UK and were nervous about hiring someone we didn't know to look after our son. We needn't have worried. Meg was great - she immediately put us all at ease and our son was very taken with her. We came home to him fast asleep and couldn't have been happier.
