I go by Ellie; Before childcare, I followed the interest of sports medicine- leading to internships/job opportunities within the field following my completed high-school education at Miami valley career technology center in 2015. This initiated my safety and responsibility training when it comes to the health of our selves and your child(ren) I began my career with children around 4 years ago, starting as a teachers assistant, in a Montessori based early education center, at their preschool class. I extended my training and earned my own classroom, teaching a class up to 12 with students from first to third grade simultaneously. This was a full year program, I really enjoyed having understanding of what it took to run my own classroom. With these skills I earned I inspired myself to work with more age groups. This lead to further experience with early preschool, and kindergarten within a Montessori based education Read more system. I am cpr certified and have multiple trainings under the ChildCare Education Institute (Ccei), as well as trainings with Ohio Child Care Resource & Referral Association (OCCRA) I have taken half of the classes needed to aquire my cda with the preschool age group. Due to my previous position at these schools, I have fbi fingerprinting done and have had frequent background checks. I'm not opposed to renewing these. I am leaving the classroom to provide more specialized and individualized care for both the families and the children under my care.
