I graduated from Struthers High school class of 2021. I graduated as Valedictorian and am certified (AAPPL) bilingual in Spanish. I was a three year Varsity Soccer captain and love sports and the outdoors. I have tutored in person and virtually on the high school level. I am currently a full time college student studying Neuroscience and Spanish. I started babysitting around 14 years of age and have been a sitter while owning my own cleaning company for about 2 years and working multiple other jobs. I work in the aquatics department at the YMCA as a swim instructor for infants, preschool and school age children. I have my emergency oxygen, first aid and basic life support certifications. I have worked in the office setting as well, doing billing and collections. I am very organized and detail oriented. I am a multitasker and a very efficient worker. Some of my most relevant volunteer positions include: Teen outreach volunteer at Akron Children’s Hospital, working in multiple church nursery’s with infants, toddlers and school aged kids for about 5 years, visiting elementary schools and after school programs in the Mahoning County to teach children about childhood obesity and a healthy lifestyle through the program H-PAC and volunteering in Struthers Elementary School for book reading, conference night babysitting, Cosi Science Fairs and outdoor days.
