Hi everyone! My name is Dorothy, I am a working mom with two kids well two adults ages 21 & 23 . When they were both small, I stayed home to raise them until they were in the first grade. When my daughter was small I volunteered as a girl scout leader helping her & young girls grow into strong/independent women. I am a Teacher's Aide at Fox Meadow School in Scarsdale, for the last 17 years. I enjoy working there interacting with different students of all grade levels. As a teacher's aide, I support the teacher with different tasks that are being handed to them along with doing some receptionist work. During the academic year, I have worked one-on-one with students who have different learning disabilities and who need that extra assistance. I also helped my mother when she was diagnosed with cancer by cleaning her incisions and just Read more trying to make the process a little easier for her. As of now I still work as a Teacher's Aide at Fox Meadow along with babysitting from time to time. I love being around children and helping them grow into who they truly are, helping others, and continuing to stay productive throughout the day! :) I love cats, dogs and other animals. I enjoy taking care of them. I know how stressful it can be to go away and worry. Thats why I would love taking care of your pet when your away.
