I am currently a universal pre-K teacher with a bachelor's degree in early childhood/childhood education and a birth-6 NYS teaching certification. I will be going to graduate school in the fall for students with disabilities. I have been babysitting since 2015 with various children. I have experience with children on the spectrum in a classroom setting. I have CPR and First Aid training as I am a youth cheerleading coach for ages 10-14 as well. I enjoy being outside, doing yoga, and I practice mindfulness in my everyday life. I am learning how to garden as well. I am creative but I love to let the child take the lead on play. Since I am a teacher, I am comfortable bringing academics into play and am well-versed in play-based learning.
