Welcome to my profile! :D Hi, I’m Gina! I have obtained 6+ years of paid child care roles in camp and school settings (and 10 years without paid experience- I have my own kiddo!) I am an honest and respectful social butterfly! I have overcome many seemingly impossible challenges in my past; most of which were when my daughter was born (example: graduating from 2 colleges as a single young mom). I like to add that simply because my personality is one that does not give up easily, and I love showing that to my daughter. I am a care giver through and through- I thrive on being a support in a child’s journey as they grow into their confident little selves! I am optimistic, empathetic, and I love to learn. I have so much energy and love to give, with a flexible schedule, too! I love everything from sports Read more to crafts and I love trying new activities! I enjoy helping out with household chores- alleviating stress for the family is very important to me. What I would look for in a caregiver for my own daughter: kindness, honesty, safety, intelligence, social emotional connection, and someone who is there to always build my child up.. amongst other things! That being said, I utilize those qualities in my own care giving to other children as well. Mental health is so important to me and I truly believe that with positive supports to guide them, children thrive and grow to enjoy caring, respectful, and responsible lives. As a parent and caregiver, my goal is to spend meaningful time with your child(ren) and to provide a smooth babysitting experience for your family. ❤️ We have enough to worry about as parents, right?!
