HI, My name is Bev and I live in Cortlandt Manor. I'm a retired social worker of 30t years, working with adults who have special needs. I love being around children so I decided to make this my semi-retirement career. Caring for children has always been part of my life as I'm the oldest female of 30 grandchildren. I've been watching infants since I'm 8 years old. I've also raised 2 children, one out of college and one in. Additionally, I was a Girl Scout leader for 13 years helping 4 of my girls earn their Gold Award. Professionally, I've been watching children for 7+ years now and have enjoyed every minute. I could read to kids for hours, am fond of games, love puzzles and crafts, being imaginative and enjoy homework help. While I love to have fun with kids I'm also trustworthy, and safety-conscious so you'll never have Read more to think twice about the care of your child. Presently, I care for a 6 and 4 year old. They are both attending school in the fall. I've been with this family for 5 years and do not wish to leave them so I'm looking for a part time morning as late as 1:45/ evenings after 5 or occasional position. If this meets your expectations I would love an opportunity for an interview. Warm Regards, Bev
