Thank you for coming and considering my profile! I have been a nanny for two families with pets and babysat for many more, and am familiar with children with some special needs. I also have a sibling with special needs, so my patience and understanding is plentiful. Sensory issues, difficulty to manage emotions, and picky eating are all familiar traits to me that I can easily work with. At home, I have a small breed dog and a cat that I love to spend time with, and I grew up with big breeds and cats. In my spare time – other than spending time with the furry angels – I enjoy hiking and exploring, reading, painting in abstract, trying new things and foods, collecting rocks and trinkets, makeup, and listening to music. Currently, I do not drive nor own a vehicle. Transportation would have to be carefully planned on my Read more end, so last minute call-ins would be more difficult. If you are open to considering providing transportation then that would be very helpful and those sudden shifts would be doable!
