Hi! My name is Talia and I recently moved to DC. I currently work at a water company, but spent last year working as an English teacher for kids aged 4-13 at school in a small village outside of Madrid. I also babysat twins on the spectrum and many of the children in my neighborhood growing up. I love teaching and I love working with kids. I am very energetic and can keep up with children easy, but also extremely empathetic and understanding when it comes to a child’s needs. I love working with children because they honestly light up the world in so many ways. Kids are so much smarter and creative than we give them credit for and I believe we can learn as much from them as they learn from us.
