Hello! My name is Josie and I recently graduated with my Master's in Public Health in Maternal and Child Health. As a post-graduation break, I will be moving to Brooklyn from July 1st through August 14th. I am passionate about early childhood development and started being paid to watch an infant at the age of 11 (I've always been "a mom", but, I also contemplate the trust that was needed here). I've babysat, nannied, carpooled, taught, couched, and been a camp counselor ever since. Prior to graduate school, I was a pre-k substitute and then an infant/toddler teacher. Throughout graduate school, I have continued to work as a nanny and a babysitter. I love to cook and create with kids and believe strongly in the power of play and interactions with the world around us. I have worked with infants as young as 6 weeks, multiples, and multiple aged families. Read more Please let me know if you have any questions, my goal is to be a fluid and loving support to your children and family when I am there.
