Hi! My name is Lydia. I am creative, patient, energetic and invested in providing care that engages children and helps them to learn and grow. I am confident with any age group as I have worked for families with kids ranging from birth to 13 years. I am currently nannying a 2.5 month old in Brooklyn and also working with his brother who is 2.5 years. Before the baby was born I was full-time with his older brother and their cousin taking care of both kids from 11 months onward. Additionally I have been employed by the same Manhattan family for four years years (originally 4-5 days a week after school and now less as they have gotten older) who's youngest is now starting middle school. I am particularly confident with homework help / virtual learning / teaching as I was homeschooled myself through middle school and helped with the Read more schooling of my younger brothers. I am a performer and love to paint, draw, make collages and write children's poetry. I really enjoy working on creative and active projects with kids. I also speak Spanish, and would be thrilled to have the opportunity to expose your children to a second language
