I am a resourceful and dedicated college student with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong demonstrated commitment to providing assistance with others. I have worked with children in summer camps, schools and even travelled to homes within my neighborhood. I have experience with children that are autistic, deaf, or who have had other special needs. In the past I have worked for Bronx House Day Camp as well as New York Edge, a tutoring program for elementary and middle school students. My tasks included creating activities for the children, providing meals and snacks, communicating with families, assigning work, and most importantly, keeping the children safe. I am a nursing student and I am CPR certified. My school schedule will not interfere with my work schedule, if it happens to though I will inform families.
