I have been a Preschool Teachers' Assistant since January 10, 2022, and have been fingerprinted and background checked. I have experience with children with special needs, including children with Autism, Down's Syndrome, and speech delays ( some being mostly non-verbal). I am CPR/BLS certified and work with children with severe allergies. I love children and pets. With children, I love to play on their level and let them guide me into what they are interested in. This allows me to step into their world while providing a safe environment for them to be creative in. I believe in validating a child's emotions, helping them process and work through that, while also setting boundaries and expectations. I will be attending college in the fall, with the hopes to eventually become cardiac sonographer.
