My name is Brandi Briere, I am currently 18 years old, about to turn 19 in March of 2020. I love kids, and am 100% fine with pets and taking care of them as well, if needed (such as taking them outside, feeding them, etc..) I've had a variety of pets throughout my childhood so I have plenty experience with that as well. I'd like to say I'm pretty great at helping out with homework, or I'll at least try my best :) I obviously know how to cook and everything as far as making sure they have eaten, they're occupied, and my first goal would be to make sure they feel comfortable with who I am and being around them. I like to kinda 'build a relationship' with them so it's like I'm family, not just somebody 'watching them'. When in care of somebody else's child I usually request Read more for a 'written guide' from the parent or guardian so I know exactly what my employer would like or expect from me and to make sure there are no issues in regards to what is requested. Communication is very important to me and I also like to have at least 2 (or more if needed) emergency contacts if any issues were to occur. I have experience because I have little brother who is now 3 and a little sister who is almost a year old. I also used to do babysitting on the side as a second job, working for my neighbor who needed a babysitter for their 3 toddlers due to their work schedules. Therefore, I have a pretty good understanding as to how to take care of different age ranges. In conclusion, I will be getting certified again for CPR, just so I am 100% prepared for anything that may occur. As well as following the guide provided obviously. I've also had to administer medication to children of my neighbors child so I am perfectly fine with that as well.
