Hello! I am currently switching careers from a background in emergency first response (ski patroller, wildland firefighter, EMT) and am pivoting towards counseling and social work. With 5 years of experience I was exposed to the mental health challenges within emergency services which sparked my passion for counseling and social work. As an Asian American woman, I've navigated demanding environments, and found a great strength of mine is compassion and empathy. I have experience with childcare from my high school years as a babysitter (2009-2013). I also worked with kids during my time at UC Santa Barbara as a ropes course instructor, a gymnastics summer camp counselor, and a babysitter/nanny.
