Hello my name is Ann, I have always worked in a career with children since high school. I started working at a children’s party center called jump and jacks for a few years in high school. While there I was a birthday post host, supervised the play areas and also worked in the kitchen. I also nannied for an infant for a summer during that time. Once I went off to college I began working in after school care programs where I was responsible for 20-40 kids each day before and after school hours. I was in charge of daily activities that had to meet curriculum, as well as behavior management, meals, homework, files and holiday events for the program. I have also traveled to Thailand for a few months to volunteer in an orphanage. While there we painted their library and swing set as well as built laundry post Read more for them to use.
