I have 3 years of experience working with babies as young as a few months old all the way through high schoolers and am looking to further fill my schedule with babysitting. I am CPR/First Aid Certified and I'm also a certified newborn and infant care specialist by the US Nanny Association. I'd love to help your family with childcare needs and am willing to perform extra duties such as light housekeeping and laundry. I love activities like playing outside, arts and crafts, and reading. I am a certified educational assistant I work with APS with special ed pre-k. Before that I worked with two different classes of first graders. I have baby say so many cousins of mine since when they were first born. I love to work around kids I work with them on a daily base. I am CPR certified I have been trained in NVCI training (nonviolent crisis intervention) which is never necessary while baby sitting just in my filed. One of my nieces just started 1st grade so I am familiar with her homework and how to help her complete it as well as my boyfriends little sister who is in 5th grade. I am dependable and dedicated. For the past three years my line of work has been caring for people. My First two years of professional experience was working for the elderly. I assisted them with their daily needs such as lighthouse keeping, grooming, showering, restroom assistance, lifting, and meal preparation. This past year my professional experience has been working with children. I have babysat since I was 13 years old. I began my professional experience working with children in August 2014. I began as an assistant teacher working with one year old's. We worked on their motor and cognitive developments skills. I also worked with the two, three, four and five year old's. While working with three year old's I began to teach them how to trace numbers and the alphabet. We worked on words that began with the letter of the week. I also taught them how to count, cut, and glue. While working with four and five year old's I began to teach them how to read, write, and recognize shapes.
