Sarah started off ok and understood that it was important to give us notice when deciding to move on to another job. As the weeks went by, things started falling apart, and I was informed by my child's daycare and kids that she had my older son run in and get my younger child, and once that my older son was left in the car. She then quit without any notice leaving me without any childcare and stated she hasnt been feeling well and couldnt do the job anymore. It was unprofessionaly and unreliable.
