Ms. Leslie is a standout caregiver for children. Her years of experience, calm demeanor and patience with toddler tantrums really made a huge difference when she stepped in as a back-up caregiver for our 2 year old. I was working from home both days while she cared for my child, and I saw her interactions with my child first hand throughout the day. I was so impressed how she won my daughter's confidence, held firm on screen time and snack limits, figured out a tricky naptime and played endless (non-electronic) games with her. I hope Leslie will be a part of our childcare fabric from now on. She is a rare find and anyone would be lucky to have her care for their children.

We've had Leslie help us take care of our toddler girl a couple of times recently. Our family loves her personality and appreciates her assistance so much! We had her over for a busy work day and night. She helped me train my kid to take a bath on her own and put her to bed. On weekends, sometimes we have Leslie over to help for eight hours when both parents have to work. Her experience as a teacher overseas and trilingual skills are impressive, and she connects well with our family. She is very patient, warm, and energetic with kids and knows how to work with toddlers to improve their verbal, gross motor, and fine motor skills. She likes to sing and dance with my kid, take her outside, and connect with nature.

Leslie was the main full time caregiver for our daughter from about 10 months to 16 months. She was truly a gem, so loving to our daughter. I never worried about her safety as Leslie was always updating and checking in. She always went the extra mile- helping with laundry, cleaning, watering plants- a quick chat when needed. We transitioned our daughter to daycare - but remain in touch with Leslie for occasional sitting and just for updates and friendship. Any family would be lucky to have her.

Leslie is wonderful! She brings great energy, caring approach, and support wherever need to our home. Grateful for her help and makes our world so much easier. She is fun loving and caring- but also firm when necessary. Very trustworthy and generous.

I don't even want to write a review because I'm selfish, but Leslie is beyond great.
