I am a senior social work major at West Chester University. I am graduating this spring and furthering my expertise by receiving a Masters in Social Work from Monmouth University. For 9 years I have been a child care worker. I've had many previous babysitting gigs, am a senior counselor at a summer camp, and served as the head child care worker for children whose parents are attending a parenting class. Currently I am an intern at Head Start, which means I have plenty of experience with children (ages 3-5) who are exposed to difficult situations and often misbehave. On a personal level I have a 14 month old nephew who has brought so much joy to my life. I am someone who loves being around children and plan on having children of my own in the future.
