I am a young 53 year old mom of four boys (ages 35, 31, 28 and 19) and grandmother to four beautiful grand babies ( that all live in different states :(. My first job was babysitting two little girls after school and I have been with kids ever since. I also babysat for my cousins three boys growing up and absolutely found found my calling. I sat for my teachers daughters, my brothers twins and a family friend, Father Dons little adopted daughter. When I had my boys, I wanted to stay home with them so I started to babysit neighbors children and others. Word of mouth got around and before you knew it I had several children I was caring for. At one point, I had three children under the age of three! Another time that I remember with pride and so much love was having my brothers Read more twins and my own son, all less than a year apart in a double stroller and a carrier strapped to my chest going out for walks! So many of the best times and memories I look back on are when I was caring for all these children. I think it's easy to see that I love children and being around them. I do have to admit, they do gravitate toward me too. Kids can tell who loves them!
