Hello everybody! My name is Christina. I am 29 years old. I take two virtual classes at night (Mondays at 6:30 p.m., and Wednesdays at 6 p.m.), so I have a lot of availability open in my schedule. A little bit more about me... I started babysitting around the age of thirteen, filling in for my sisters here and there. As I got older, I became more serious about being a babysitter, so I found jobs on my own. I took a course (Child Development) in high school that helped me out a lot. We actually taught a pre-school class, made lesson plans for the kids, and then had a graduation at the end of the year. It was a free preschool that was programmed through the high school, but it taught me a lot about how children learn and interact with one another, even at such a young age. Read more I also worked at Work Out World in the daycare center for about two years. The kids' ages ranged from six months-12 years. There were as many as thirty kids at a time, so I have quite the experience with watching over more than a few children. I have babysat for a lot of families overtime, however there is one family that I became especially close to, that I still keep in contact with now. I found them on care.com about three years ago. The two children were absolute angels, and I really got to know them well. The little girl was four years old when I met her. She was born premature and has severe speech delay. It became a learning experience for me, and I'm extremely blessed to have met such a beautiful little girl. To make a long story short, I'd like to think that I am very responsible, have a big heart , lots of patience, and most importantly, I love kids! I'm there to ensure that they are safe, and have fun, of course! I love that I can help kids learn something new, but I also love when I learn something from them too!
