Hi my name is Ayanna Flowers! I am 18 years old and I am a full time undergraduate student at Howard University but I live in New Jersey. I have two younger siblings and a six year old niece so I am not unfamiliar with being around younger kids, I also grew up in a big family so I'm use to taking care of my younger cousins, sometimes the older ones too lol. Although I haven't had a formal baby-sitting job, I use to, and sometimes still, babysit my niece. I am also a very flexible person and can work around your schedule. I also understand that different kids have different needs and I am able to adjust to accommodate for each child's needs.
