My name is Mia, and I am a senior at the University of New Hampshire, majoring in Nursing with a focus in pediatric emergency medicine. I’m originally from a small coastal town outside of Portland, Maine, but have been living in Durham full-time for the past two years. I grew up with 5 younger siblings, so child care and after-school transportation is nothing new to me! I became an early childhood educator because I want to leave the world better than I found it.
