For years I worked as a full time nanny, I began school in the fall for my masters in creative writing, which is why I’m searching for occasional work. I’m looking to be an extra hand wherever is needed! I started babysitting for family friends at ten, I worked as a full time nanny through the summers during middle, high school, and college. During the school year, I worked as an English tutor in elementary schools. After college, I went right into full time nannying. In my previous full time jobs, I have worked for a family with three children under 2 when I started (boy and girl twins with six month older sister,) my primary responsibility was the needs of the children but while they were napping, I tidied up and organized their spaces. When I moved to New York City, I worked as an assistant teacher at a Read more Montessori preschool on the UES before I returned to nannying full time. My most recent family had two children, a boy (3) and a girl (1), both with extreme behavioral needs. I was in charge of managing their schedules, behavioral planning and following through, as well as all housework tasks. I am looking forward to stepping in wherever I can.
