I am a first grade elementary school teacher with a passionate heart who has 9 years of experience working with children ages newborn to 12 years old. In addition, I have five years of teaching experience managing toddler and preschool classrooms of up to 25 students. I have a bachelors degree in Elementary Education with certification in grades 1st-6th grade. I recently spent time teaching 4th grade mathematics and teaching in a 3rd grade classroom the past 2022-23 school year. This school year, I am teaching first grade. Last spring, I spent time teaching reading to Kindergarteners and nannying for a family with a two year old boy. In the summer of 2023, I nannied full-time for a family with a three year old and six year old. I also have experience tutoring students from 6 different countries, ranging from elementary school up through college level. In addition to the Read more many experiences I have, I am also First Aid and CPR Certified. I also hold a Child Development Associated Credential (CDA). My goal as a childcare provider and teacher, is to provide children with opportunities to learn and grow in their development through hands on learning activities. I am looking for a banysitting position where I can help a family in need by providing their child/children with the love and support they need to grow.
