I worked at Good Life Fitness Day Care in Lincoln where I kept kids entertained between the ages 6-month-year-olds to 12-year-olds. I watched them and made sure they were in a safe environment and came up with fun crafts and games for them to play. I was in charge of closing the day care on Wednesdays and opening the day care on Sundays. I cleaned the day care before and after my shift and cleaned part of the gym areas during parts of my shifts. I also occasionally sat at the front desk and greeted people if anyone needed help or there were no kids. I have also worked the past four years where I babysat my nieces and nephews and my cousin’s kids where their ages ranged from 1 to 6-years-old. I also did fun activities with them such as take them to the zoo, a petting zoo, the Read more pool, Target, playgrounds, on walks, painting or coloring with them, etc. I am patient and responsible and kind to kids! I feel like you have to patient with kids no matter their age because people work and process at different speeds. I love staying engaged with kids and constantly learning news things with them!
