I love working with kids because everyday is unique and fun! I have been working with kids (volunteer) since age 10 (pre-k), and started baby-sitting in high school. While at home from college, I worked as a day-care teacher, both in a summer camp setting (YMCA) and an elementary school (PLCS). My current plan after graduation is to become a physics teacher. I love activities like arts & crafts, sports, and reading! I have a passion for learning everything I can and I love to share the joys in life with other people. Teaching and playing with children is not only fun for the kids, but also for me! I have learned a lot from kids; their outlook on life is something adults often struggle to see. I am first aid and CPR certified. Over the years, I have developed strong communication and listening skills. I have amazing patience, which Read more can help prevent and mediate arguments. I have a range of hobbies, from art to sports. I would love to assist kids with homework, games, crafts, or sports practice! My favorite sport is volleyball and I believe physical activity (especially during the summer!) is very important.
