Hello there!:) My name is Jena Kirstine, I am 21 years old and have been involved within childcare since the young age of 14 years old. I do not have any children yet of my own but love infants / children more than anything. My experience & education started at 14 when my mom ran an in home center that I helped out with. Then around 16 years old I got my very first job as a child care assistant teacher through a child care center. I then grew my education further through out me assisting and became a lead infants (4-12months) teacher shortly after for a year. Then an infants 2 (12-24months) teacher for another year. I have also babysat for multiple families and even previously nannied for an amazing family for couple months before they moved towns. I have loads and loads of knowledge, confidence, patience, experience and Read more more! I even recently became a first time auntie to my sweet niece Lennon, even though I have already been like an auntie to multiple of my best friend’s children watching them grow and helping raise them over time. I have also been a CNA for the past 2 years with an active nurse aide license, BLS license, and a Pediatric first aid & CPR License. Between child care and health care this is where my heart has always been at, I feel as if I am happiest and most meant for jobs that make me feel as if I am making on impact of care on the world, wether that be getting to see milestones being completed through children or adults it is the most rewarding thing ever to me! I am super outgoing, bubbly, creative, fun, and love to see little ones light up with me! I currently work as a behavioral health technician at the Childrens Hospital Emergency Department in Omaha Nebraska and love it so much! I’m looking for extra work for school such as babysitting, nannying, and more! Feel free to reach me at (402) 803-0299!
