Hey there! I'm Synae, and my journey into childcare is driven by a deep passion for nurturing and a commitment to making a positive impact on young lives. Currently studying pre-nursing at NCCU, my ultimate goal is to become a labor and delivery nurse, where I can continue to provide compassionate care. Being the oldest daughter in my family has instilled in me a natural instinct to prioritize others' needs and create a safe, loving environment—traits I bring wholeheartedly into my childcare approach. My experience as a gymnastics instructor and lead summer camp instructor at The Little Gym of North Raleigh has been incredibly fulfilling. Working with children ranging from 9 months to 12 years old, I've had the privilege of witnessing their development firsthand—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
