Hi families. I'm Barb, a loving caregiver with 5 years' experience as a full-time in-home care provider for infants through preteen. My experience runs the gambt from caring for multiple kids to special-needs children. Before my recent in-home experience, I spent 4 years as a provider in caring for at-risk and special needs children and young adults and served for 6 years in the front office of a noted NC K-8 charter school. And before that, I raised three kids of my own! I'm certified in infant through adult CPR/First-aid. I love to have fun with kids, and they love my silly side and my willingness to get involved in their play. I also specialize in finding educational activities that kids love... they don't even know they're learning! Most importantly, you'll feel secure knowing that a mature, dedicated, and experienced caregiver is looking after your child.
