lam charismatic, responsible, and enthusiastic. I started working with kids when I was around 15/16. I would help the kids in my neighborhood with homework assignments they had. I would babysit and tutor my little cousins to help my aunts out. I volunteered at an elementary school and assisted the teachers in the past year. I would get in groups with kids in different classrooms and assist them with things they were struggling on. I have always had a passion for kids. I enjoy shaping young minds. I have learned that being around kids helps bring out my creative side. I work with all types of students and enjoy getting to know them on a personal level so that way they can be comfortable around me and they will be excited to learn.
