Hey! My name is Payton. As the oldest of three kids, I have always had a natural inclination toward caregiving and have developed an understanding of the importance of patience, empathy, and responsibility from a young age. My journey in childcare began in high school, where I worked as a teacher assistant at an afterschool care program. This role provided me with invaluable experience in supervising children and helping with homework, while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Additionally, I spent my summers during high school and college nannying for several families with kids of varying ages and needs, where I built strong, lasting relationships with the children and their parents. Currently, I work as an elementary school teacher, which has further allowed me to work towards my commitment to child development and education. In this role, I engage with children daily, fostering their academic growth and social skills. I am dedicated to providing high-quality care that caters to the individual needs of each child. My goal is to create a fun, safe, and enriching environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
