I have 3 lovely boys. They are 8, 4, and 18 months old. Being their mother and caring for them has given me experience and patience special needs children require. When I was 14 years old I was responsible for afterschool care of my infant nephew. This lasted until he was 2 years old. After this I cared full time for my other nephew while my sister went to school for 6 months. I love to find activities for kids that don’t primarily involve screens. Arts and crafts is one of my favorites but I’m a rock star at making anything into a game. I’m a firm believer in gentle care tactics/discipline but I am still firm. I enjoy spending my time to create smiles. I also used to foster and rescue dogs, and have been called the dog whisperer by many. I’m more than happy to receive my official Read more first aid and CPR certification upon request. I am well versed in both, having had to raise my own sons all these years.
