Hello, I recently moved to Matthews, North Carolina. I have been an active duty reservist for 2 and half years including in the states and overseas as the Commanders Administration. I moved to North Carolina because I am officially off orders and attending school full time pursuing my Nursing Degree. My schedule leaves me open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday after 1:45pm, open Thursday & Friday. Due to being a Reservist I am unavailable one Friday a month because of Drill Weekends. A little about myself and my passion for helping children... Before I joined the military I was a special Needs care giver for a year, caring for for over 6 children a day (assigned) more than 20 over all. Caring for them included preparing their lunches, and teaching the basics of social skills. I absolutely loved working with children and to work with Special Needs children truly opened my eyes Read more to their world. I acquired more patience the ability to understand children and the joy they bring to this world. As the oldest sibling and only daughter I naturally took over the second mother role. I am more than capable of multi tasking and understand how to make correct judgement calls. I am bilingual, fluent in reading, writing and speaking Spanish and basic American Sign Language. In addition, I am and will continue to be CPR and First Aid certified due to my military career. In conclusion to this bio, I am an open book and love working with children. My goal is to be an Emergency Room Nurse in a children hospital.
