Hello! My name is Ava Stegall, and I am 21 years old. I have a Bachelors in Sociology from UNC Charlotte and I have been providing child care or therapy services for a total of 6 years. I have 5 years of experience providing daytime and nighttime child care and a year of experience providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism, ages 2-8. I am currently in a role as a Behavioral Therapist (BT) and am working on completing my exam to become a Registered BT (RBT). I started my career with child care and therapy from my passion for working with children. Children are constantly soaking in the world around them and I find it extremely important that they feel safe and cared for in all settings, especially ones with new people.
