Hi, I’m Valencia, and I was born and raised here in North Carolina. I have two little sisters, four brothers and two step brothers. (Yes, Kind of like the Brady Bunch plus two 🤗). I am the second oldest and I took care of all of my wonderful siblings and made sure we made it easier for my father. I always made sure that homework and chores got done first, and then we had a ball! I sing, I dance, I create, I give inspiration, and I tutor. (I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2014.) My dad owned a daycare, partnered with his church, for 10years called Greater Works Child Development Center where I worked with infants-toddlers for 4 years. I taught a performing arts camp For 2 years at NCCU for students called ANFO ages 6-13 where I choreographed, mentored and assisted in creating Read more a broadway musical involving the participants as a finished product! I’m ever so passionate about children, and being a positive influence on the new generation, that I became a high school teacher for the district in 2017. At my high school I organize a after-school program of dancers that compete in competitions( 3 year consecutive state champions), perform for community events, community service and do team building outings, etc. I am currently still employed, but due to the circumstances I am only working from home 3 days a week. Honestly, I just feel slightly unfulfilled. I cannot wait to meet you and your amazing family! 💙
